This meeting of SAFCA will be broadcast Monday, June 23 at 6:00 P.M. on Metro Cable Channel 14, the government affairs channel on the Comcast, SureWest & Strategic Technologies Cable Systems.  The rebroadcast will air Wednesday, June 25 at 9 P.M. on Channel 14.  This meeting is being closed captioned and will be webcast at www.sacmetrocable.tv. Streaming video of the board meeting is available on www.safca.org within 48 hours after the meeting.  A VHS copy is also available for check out from any library branch.  Members of the audience wishing to address the Board should fill out a blue speaker form located on the table at the entrance of the Chambers and on the podium, and give it to the Clerk.  WHEN ADDRESSING THE BOARD, PLEASE IDENTIFY YOURSELF FOR THE RECORD AND SPEAK DIRECTLY INTO THE MICROPHONE.

The SAFCA Board welcomes public participation.  Public testimony will be permitted on each agenda item as it is called.  Comments will be limited to three minutes.  The general public may address matters not on the posted agenda during the Public Comments section of the agenda, following completion of the regular agenda and any off-agenda matters before the Board.  The Board limits testimony on matters not on the agenda to three minutes per person and not more than ten minutes for a particular subject.
