Government Code Section 54956.9(a) - Conference with Legal Counsel - Existing Litigation:  Nordic Industries Inc. vs. SAFCA, Sacramento Superior Case No. 34-2015-00175102 (Johnson, Gilchrist, Bassett, O'Dea)

 

Motion by Director Conant and seconded by Director Barandas to approve the settlement of Nordic vs. SAFCA in the amount of $3.9 Million, to be paid pursuant to a contract change order, and to authorize the Executive Director and Agency Counsel to execute all documents necessary to implement the settlement.
