Motion by Director Jennings and seconded by Director Shiels approving Resolution Nos: 2015-030; 2015-031; 2015-032; 2015-033; 2015-034; 2015-035; 2015-036; 2015-037; 2015-038; 2015-039 and 2015-040. Director MacGlashan expressed concern regarding Resolution No. 2015-038.  Accordingly, Resolution No. 2015-038, Exhibit C, Section III  shall be amended to read - This policy and procedure will be reviewed and presented to the Board of Director’s every two years to ensure that SAFCA maintains competitive salary ranges consistent with program challenges, staffing needs and budgetary constraints.  Any proposed modifications must be approved by the Board of Directors.
