The JPA welcomes and encourages participation in the meetings. The Chair will announce the maximum amount of time, typically three minutes, per  speaker that will be allowed for presentation of testimony. Members of the public may fill out a speaker card and present it to the Clerk. Matters under the jurisdiction of the JPA, and not on the posted agenda, may be addressed by the general public at the Chair’s discretion, typically during the period of Public Comments.

12:14 PM  Board Action: Received presentation from the Office of Planning and Environmental Review regarding completion of the permitting process, Executive Director recruitment, revisions to the Joint Powers Agreement, and collection and use of Mitigation Fees to-date and in-progress.
